Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing Herb + Ōhm Access. By checking the box and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Herb + Ōhm Access is an annual membership that provides access to:
• 20% savings on supplements available through Herb + Ōhm’s Fullscript dispensary
• Access to Herb + Ōhm Favorites and other members-only content
• Exclusive partner perks and discounts
• Access to practitioner-selected wellness products, supplements, and technologies
Membership benefits are intended for educational and informational purposes only.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use Herb + Ōhm Access. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
Herb + Ōhm Access is billed annually at $99 per year.
Your membership will automatically renew each year on your renewal date unless cancelled prior to renewal.
By purchasing, you authorize Herb + Ōhm to charge the payment method on file for the annual renewal fee.
You will continue to have access to your membership benefits through the end of your current membership term if you cancel prior to renewal.
You may cancel your membership at any time before your renewal date through your member account.
If you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your current membership term and will not renew.
Membership fees are non-refundable once charged, including after automatic renewal.
Member discounts and partner perks are for active Herb + Ōhm Access members only and may be changed, rotated, or discontinued at any time.
Sharing member-only links or discount codes outside Herb + Ōhm Access may result in termination of membership access.
Fullscript access and the 20% member discount are activated within one business day of joining. If you join outside normal business hours or on a weekend, activation will occur the next business day.
Fullscript is an invitation-only platform available exclusively through participating clinics such as Herb + Ōhm. You may not create an account independently without access provided through Herb + Ōhm.
Access to Fullscript, member discounts, and members-only content will end when your Herb + Ōhm Access membership expires.
The information, recommendations, products, and resources provided through Herb + Ōhm Access are educational in nature only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Herb + Ōhm Access does not create a doctor-patient relationship and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your physician or other qualified healthcare provider.

Herb + Ōhm Favorites, partner perks, and other recommendations reflect products and brands Herb + Ōhm uses and trusts in practice based on experience and professional judgment.

Herb + Ōhm makes no guarantee regarding the effectiveness, safety, or suitability of any supplement, product, or wellness technology for your individual circumstances.
Herb + Ōhm Access may include links to third-party websites, products, and partner brands, including Fullscript, Amazon, and other wellness partners.
Herb + Ōhm is not the manufacturer, distributor, or seller of these third-party products and is not responsible for:
• Product defects
• Ingredient changes
• Product recalls
• Shipping delays
• Product performance or results
• Errors or omissions made by third-party companies
Your purchase and use of any third-party product is solely at your own risk and subject to the policies of the third-party company.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Herb + Ōhm, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to:
• Your membership
• Use of any supplement, product, or wellness technology
• Reliance on any information or recommendation provided through Herb + Ōhm Access
• The actions, products, or services of any third-party company
Herb + Ōhm’s total liability for any claim related to Herb + Ōhm Access shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your membership during the prior 12 months.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to Herb + Ōhm Access or these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois.
You agree to waive any right to bring or participate in any class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or representative action against Herb + Ōhm.
All content provided through Herb + Ōhm Access, including videos, descriptions, graphics, written content, Herb + Ōhm Favorites, and member materials, is the exclusive property of Herb + Ōhm and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, published, or otherwise used without prior written permission.
Herb + Ōhm may modify these Terms & Conditions, membership features, partner perks, content, or pricing at any time.
Any changes will apply beginning with the next membership term. Continued use of Herb + Ōhm Access after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
Herb + Ōhm may receive a commission from purchases made through Fullscript and select partner brands. All products are selected based on quality, safety, and alignment with our clinical standards.
By purchasing Herb + Ōhm Access, you may receive transactional and membership-related communications.
You may also opt in to receive educational content, updates, and promotional emails from Herb + Ōhm. You can unsubscribe at any time.
